Reveal a hidden drop (manual reveal)

Notes

The proof is a payment from the creator to minter_address with DestinationTag = the drop's reveal_tag. It publishes the files of the NFTs minted so far to IPFS (the others as they are minted); if any fails the drop stays hidden and the same payment_hash can be sent again.
