Where a wallet stands on a drop, and what a mint now would get

Its balance on the drop (balance_drops), what it minted, how it stands in each phase (open, eligible: on its list or holding what it asks; what it minted there; how many more it may; its price for this wallet), and the offer a mint now would get: the phase (or null for the public sale), the price of each NFT (price_drops in drops, or price_value in the drop's token), and how many more (can_mint; null: no limit), or the error saying why it may not mint now. Holders are read from the ledger as asked. fee_drops: what each copy of an edition costs besides its price (0 otherwise); batch_max: how many NFTs one Batch holds for this wallet (fewer when an edition's fee or a sharer's cut is paid beside the price).
