What xrpl.to charges for swaps and token launches.
Swap fee
Buying or selling for XRP0.4%
Charged on swaps made on a token page, on /swap and in the multichart trade panel: 0.4% of the XRP the swap spends or receives, sent as a separate XRP payment right after it, on top of the AMM pool’s own trading fee. Swapping 1,000 XRP costs 4 XRP, and so does selling tokens for 1,000 XRP. A token-to-token swap moves no XRP and pays no fee.
Buying an NFT carries no xrpl.to fee. A marketplace’s own broker fee applies when the listing you buy is brokered.

With 1 XRP of liquidity and nothing allocated. Quote an exact setup with GET /v1/launch-token/calculate-funding and send exactly that amount: XRP left over after the launch goes to xrpl.to, not back to you.
