The flow handles every step in a single guided wizard: account setup, trustline configuration, supply issuance, and optional issuer blackhole. The user pays a flat 100 XRP fee for the service and gets a fully provisioned token in return.
Where Does the XRP Go?
Every successful launch sends the fee to a single dedicated wallet that has been blackholed using the standard XRPL pattern. Both of its signing paths have been neutralized, so once XRP arrives at that address it cannot be moved out by anyone — not the xApp developer, not Xaman, not Ripple.
