Trensik Is One Operator Trading With Itself

On 7 September 2026 a trader asked on X who is behind Trensik, a website that sells “verified real-world assets” on the XRP Ledger. Nobody is named anywhere. The ledger shows one operator created the platform, the dollar its prices are in, the 13 companies whose stakes it sells, the wallets that trade them and most of the wallets that hold them.

What “one operator” means

One set of wallets and two servers: the same wallets created the accounts, filled the markets, made the trades and created the holders, and the same two servers host the websites. The ledger cannot say how many people that is, and no name appears anywhere.

The question and the three clues

@luke_judges asked who is behind @Trensik_com, since the tokens are “some form of securities exposure on a public network.” @sentosumosaba replied with three clues.

  1. The website is a copy of the Osmosis exchange. Correct; proof below.
  2. The copied code is Osmosis Labs' front end. Correct. The trading pages are the app repository the reply named, osmosis-frontend; the front page comes from Osmosis's separate website repository.
  3. The domain record names an agent. Dead end. “On behalf of trensik.com OWNER, c/o whoisproxy.com” is Amazon's standard privacy record; Amazon's documentation says contact details are replaced with “On behalf of <domain name> owner.” It only matters because weildx.com, valtorum.com and rikiten.com carry the identical record.

One wallet makes almost every trade

Every XRP Ledger trade is recorded with the wallet that made it. Share of each market's trades made by its single busiest wallet, from the token's first day to 2026-09-07:

RAVN99.4%· 75 wallets
CELV94.2%· 58 wallets

WANGZYR99.6%· 11 wallets
ABVC96.1%· 86 wallets
SOLA84.4%· 69 wallets
wTSLA97.9%· 15 wallets

In six of the seven markets that wallet was created by the token's own creator wallet, on the day the token was issued. The RAVN wallet has traded day and night since 27 May: a program buying from the market and selling back to it.

The pool RAVN trades against (a pot holding both assets that sets the price from its own balances) was filled with 1,600,000 RAVN and 1,600,000 USDV by a wallet the RAVN creator made the same day. Trensik's page calls that “$3.2M liquidity”. Both halves are the operator's.

What a purchase does

One purchase of wTSLA, Trensik's Tesla token, at 12:46 UTC on 7 September 2026 (transaction 8EE9C1AB). Trensik built one payment across three markets:

The middle hop is the only place USDV touches real money, and one wallet is its only seller. The last hop is a pool the operator filled.

The same wallet sold the wTSLA back at 15:56 UTC (transaction B7F84751), the same route in reverse:

  • The pool paid 4.1698 USDV, a price of 354.06: the wTSLA price had not moved.
  • The operator's bid paid 4.1285 RLUSD for it, 0.99 per USDV. Buying had cost 1.01.
  • The XRP book paid 2.986757 XRP. Round trip: -2.1% in dollars (4.216 RLUSD in, 4.1285 out) but only -0.4% in XRP, because XRP fell 1.7% against RLUSD between the two trades. The exit worked, at the operator's price.

The dollar is the operator’s too

Every Trensik price is in USDV, a token meant to be worth one US dollar, issued by rfffsukW (“Valtorum USD”). It was created on 23 May 2026, two weeks after trensik.com and two days before the first token. Its own file calls it “permissioned”: the issuer must approve every wallet that holds it.

DefiLlama counts USDV at $105.0 million across 6 blockchains, the second-largest stablecoin on the XRP Ledger. The only door between USDV and real money is one order book quoted by rhQLmrS8, created the same day as the issuer. It sells USDV at 1.021.30 RLUSD and buys back at 0.97. Since 23 May 2026 it took in 36,783 RLUSD, at most 12,391 of it from outside the operator: 0.035% of the count.
Only 12 of the 139 wallets holding USDV outside the pools hold less than 1,000, the amount an ordinary person might hold. The 15 largest are all operator wallets.

The holders were created in one afternoon

A wallet exists once another wallet pays into it, and that payment stays on the ledger. r4wjQy6N created 50 wallets on 17 June 2026, 4 XRP each, within an hour of “Trensik is live” being posted. Each holds a speck of 15 Trensik tokens.

The companies share one server

Each issuer points at a website with a standard file (xrp-ledger.toml) saying what the token is. An SPV is a shell company holding one asset.

The stock brands sit in the same tree: the wallet that created 21 of WeildX's 39 issuers, rsGSh9fo, is the great-grandparent of the wallet that filled every Assetiko pool, and its child rs7CUHh7 created all 40 WeildX pools.

The website is a copy

  • The front page is Osmosis Labs' osmosis-website, which has no license file, so nothing permits copying it. One graphic has checksum cb1e5c428667 on both sites (the file).
  • The trading pages are Osmosis's app, osmosis-frontend (Apache-2.0): 18 script files, 12 MB, mostly settings for other blockchains.
  • “Verified” is Osmosis's word, meaning “on Osmosis's list”; its warning “is an unverified token. Do you wish to activate it? Be sure to research thoroughly before trading.” is in Trensik's code word for word (language file). Trensik never says what it checks.
  • Terms, Privacy and Risk pages (2 June 2026) name no company, address, country or law. The About page, dated the same day, describes the product in five sections and names no company, person or address.
  • Who the account talks to: its most-viewed post (402,588 views, 26 July 2026) says “Chinese investors turn to crypto tokens on offshore exchanges to bypass Beijing's capital controls”; on 23 August 2026 it posted in Chinese (“Gold open interest on the Shanghai Futures Exchange has surged to nearly 400,000 lots, a one-year high. Demand for hard assets is accelerating. Trade tokenized gold $XAUa on the $XRP Ledger.”); on 7 September 2026 at 14:04 UTC, half a minute after the question below was put to it, in Russian (“Anyone can access global assets on the $XRP Ledger. Anyone can trade them on Trensik, a decentralized exchange on XRPL.”). Every other post is in English.
  • @Trensik_com joined X in June 2018. X's “About this account” panel shows 1 username change, on 14 May 2026, five days after trensik.com was registered, and places the account in West Asia. It follows nobody and has no post before 17 June 2026: an eight-year-old account, renamed and reused.

A second storefront, DexDad

dexdad.com calls itself “The DEX on the XRP Ledger” and sells the same shelf.

  • Its app lists every one of the 95 issuers on Trensik's asset list, plus the USDV issuer itself and five memecoins (PHNIX, ARMY, BEAR, DROP, FUZZY). Its code carries special handling for the “WeildX” name, and its ticker leads with WeildX tokens.
  • The interface is Uniswap Labs' web app with the words changed: the name “Uniswap” appears 172 times in its code and “Uniswap Labs” 22 times, next to Uniswap's own API addresses. Trensik did the same with Osmosis.
  • Registered on 26 July 2026 through Amazon Registrar, like trensik.com, weildx.com, valtorum.com and rikiten.com. @DexDadHQ joined X on 29 July 2026, first posted on 2 August 2026, and X places it in West Asia, where it places @Trensik_com.
  • Same draft, two accounts. Trensik, 3 August 2026: “Amazon reaches a $3T market capitalization for the first time ever. The driver: AWS grew 37% to $42.2B, its fastest pace in over four years. Trade tokenized Amazon $wAMZN on the $XRP Ledger.” DexDad, 24 August 2026: “Amazon crossed $3 trillion in market cap for the first time ever, only the fifth company in history to get there. The driver: AWS grew 37% to $42.2B, its fastest pace in over four years. Trade tokenized $wAMZN natively on the $XRP Ledger.
  • Its Legal Center, dated 6 August 2026, describes “a non-custodial software interface” and names no company. Its hosting sits behind Cloudflare and its analytics differ from Trensik's, so no server or certificate ties the two sites; the list, the draft and the region do.

Between 18:36 and 18:44 UTC the same day, rikiten.com's address was moved from Server B to 18.216.105.125, an Amazon address that does not answer. Server B still presents rikiten.com's certificate, issued 22 July 2026, and still serves its token file naming 30 issuers. Nothing else in the record has changed: the posts, the certificate for trensik.com, the DexDad list and every other site stand as described.

What a buyer is buying

  • A named issuernot on offer

  • A custodian holding the sharesnot on offer
  • A market with a second participantnot on offer

A Trensik token has no shares behind it, is sold from a pool the seller filled, is priced in a dollar the seller minted, trades in a market where the seller makes nearly every trade, and sits next to holders the seller created. Who the operator is, whether any of the 13 companies exists, and what backs USDV could not be established.

The question was put to @Trensik_com on X at 14:03 UTC on 7 September 2026: “Who is the company behind Trensik, and who holds the shares and stakes behind the RWA tokens? Is there a register entry or custodian statement we can verify?” The account replied at 14:11 UTC: “Hi, Trensik is a DEX interface on the XRP Ledger. We don't issue, own or manage any tokens or assets.

  • It did not say which company is behind Trensik, or who holds the stakes.
  • The server that hosts the stock issuer WeildX holds trensik.com's certificate and serves a Trensik maintenance page.
  • The wallets that issued the tokens, filled the pools, made 98.3% of the trades and created the 50 holders are one tree, and it includes the USDV issuer every market is priced in.
  • The “DEX interface” is Osmosis's app with the words changed.

Method and sources

Every claim above rests on a public object, linked where it appears. What was read:

  • Wallets. A wallet's first transaction is the payment that created it, so its sender is the creator. Every “created by” is that payment, on the wallet's account page.
  • Trades and holders. Every recorded trade for each token from its first day to 2026-09-07, and every trust line (a wallet's opt-in to hold a token) with a balance. The USDV issuer and seller were read in full.
  • Servers. Public DNS, and the certificate each server presents to any browser:
