Resolve a collection from its XLS-20 on-chain identity (issuer account + taxon) to the full collection object incl. slug/cid. Every {slug} param on /nft/* endpoints ALSO accepts this identity directly as "<issuer>:<taxon>" (e.g. /nft/collections/rLyr...:1234/history)
