Virtual Origins Company (VOC) is a crypto-native artistic initiative focused on delivering unique digital art as symbolic collectibles. The Issuer may, at its sole discretion and subject to any governance policies adopted by the VOC community, choose to distribute voluntary and discretionary airdrops, if any, as a gratuitous gesture of appreciation to NFT holders. Such airdrops are entirely non-contractual, non-guaranteed, revocable, and may amount to zero (0). They are based solely on the Issuer’s discretionary staking activity performed with Issuer funds only. VOC Ancient NFTs are digital art collectibles. Their primary value lies in their artistic, cultural, and symbolic significance. Any auxiliary benefits, including airdrops if distributed, should not form the basis of participation. Under current VOC governance rules, listing any VOC - Genesis NFT below mint price (10 XRP) at any time during an airdrop cycle makes all points associated with that wallet ineligible for airdrops for that cycle, even if the listing is later removed. This applies to every airdrop cycle in which the wallet has a below-mint listing. Governance policies may be amended, replaced, or removed through future community governance decisions.
