This artwork started because I have a cut on my thumb. It's on a contact point. So I drew out my hand labelling contact points. Then it made me look at my hand in a drawing position which showed me the cross of my thumb over the pen and the spiral of my fingers downward in like a seashell spiral. Then I added more diagrams to make this piece an homage to drawing tutorial images in an artistic wordless way.
